The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Patent number Des. 426,335 is attributed to inventors Reinhard Kultreer, Keltern; Johannes Pohlner, Stephanskirchen; both of Germany, with the patent date of June 6, 2000. The illustrations labeled FIG.2 and FIG.5 provide detailed views of the invention's components and assembly.
